CABIN RATES & POLICIES

• CHECK IN 4:00-6:00pm ~ CHECK OUT 11:00am
  Late check out fee $50.00
  
• All rates based on 4 people. Maximum of 6 persons per cabin. Bed Linens are provided, guests must bring their own towels!
• RESERVATION POLICIES
  1. Two night minimum stay weekend only during peak season. Three night minimum on holiday weekend during peak season
  2. It is our policy to rent only to family type groups with NO CABIN PARTIES ALLOWED
  3. Sorry no pets or smoking allowed in cabins
  4. A voucher will be given ONLY if you cancel by 12pm day before arrival
  5. Rates do not include 6% sales tax and 6% County Bed tax
  6. $100 security deposit is required at check in paid in cash, credit or debit, which will be refunded upon inspection for clean, undamaged unit within 30 days.
• Once you check-in if for any reason you decide to check out early there will be no refunds or vouchers given including, but not limited to, change in plans, weather, etc.
• CANCELLATIONS: NO REFUNDS -Vouchers in the amount of the deposit will be given ONLY if you cancel by NOON the day BEFORE your arrival date. A $5.00 processing fee will apply.Any other cancellations forfeits your site and deposit.
• Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not offer satellite or cable but you can checkout movies for free at the Gift Shop

We have boat and camper storage available. Please call our office for more information.

4 people only. Has 2 bedrooms and all cooking utensils are provided. No linens or towels are provided. Please bring your own.

Prices do not include 6% sales tax and 6% county bed tax. Check in time is 4:00pm, check out time is 11:00am.
Policies are the same as Cabin Policies (above)

VISITORS

• Registration of visitors must be done at check-in
• Non-registered visitors will not be allowed to your campsite
• All registered visitors must have a pass and leave by 9:30 pm
• Visitors cannot bring their pets
• If a registered visitor stays overnight they will be charged as stated above
