CAMPSITE POLICIES
- CHECK-IN: after 2:00pm ~ CHECK-OUT: 12:00 Noon
Late check out will be charged an additional day's rate
- ALL RATES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY
- ALL RATES DO NOT INCLUDE WV SALES TAX
- RATES ARE FOR 2 ADULTS AND CHILDREN AGE 6 AND UNDER ARE FREE
- RESERVATION POLICIES
- Limit of 6 persons per campsite.
- Deposit is 1st night's stay paid in full. If NO SHOW by noon of next day, you forfeit site & deposit.
- We accept cash, credit or debit only.
- Credit card deposits will be processed when reservation is made
- No refunds will be given. You will be issued a voucher for your deposit amount if you cancel by noon the day before arrival.
- PET POLICY NOTICE
- Pets are welcome only with current vaccination record
(EXCEPT FOR PIT BULLS, DOBERMANS, CHOWS, AND ROTWEILLERS)
Pets must be on a leash
No pets allowed in any campground buildings, including swimming areas (pool and beach) amphitheater, mini-golf, and playgrounds
If you are expecting visitors, please let them know they are not able to bring their pets into the park
Please clean up immediately after your pets even on your own site
Once you check-in if for any reason you decide to check out early there will be no refunds or vouchers given including, but not limited to, change in plans, weather, etc.

- RESERVATION POLICIES
- Two night minimum stay weekend only during peak season. Three night minimum on holiday weekend during peak season
- It is our policy to rent only to family type groups with NO CABIN PARTIES ALLOWED
- Sorry no pets or smoking allowed in cabins
- A voucher will be given ONLY if you cancel by 12pm day before arrival
- Rates do not include 6% sales tax and 6% County Bed tax
- $100 security deposit is required at check in paid in cash, credit or debit, which will be refunded upon inspection for clean, undamaged unit within 30 days.
- Once you check-in if for any reason you decide to check out early there will be no refunds or vouchers given including, but not limited to, change in plans, weather, etc.
